Today's Video Exercise:
"Plank" With elbows and toes on the ground hold yourself up in a plank position. -Do not let your hips droop down too low or stick up too high in the air. Try to make yourself one long line and hold it as long as you can maintain perfect form. -If you need to start by allowing your knees to touch the ground for support that’s ok.
